Today, I continued on to Vancouver.
The trip through Boston was pretty eery, since I had to get a taxi at 5.15 AM to get to Logan airport. This is one of the rare occasions where you get the feeling that you’re alone in a city of millions. For the longest time, nobody but me was on the street. The good part about this is: Check-in and security checks at the airport go really quick, since there’s hardly a soul there.
So, I arrived at 10 AM in Vancouver, and it took me a measly 2 hours to finally get on the Airporter shuttle bus that took me to my hotel. The hotel is really cool – if you ever wanted to experience the full “metropolitan” lifestyle, come here. Downtown Vancouver is full of skyscrapers, and my hotel room is on the 27th floor, so my view from the window is pretty spectacular.

What you can’t see here is the yacht harbour in the background.
What’s also cool is: This is my first “official” speaker’s badge. Wow, I am so proud of me </irony>

That’s it for now, off to the speaker’s dinner!

we are soooo impressed about that badge! wow!
