After a few days of conferences in Portland, Oregon (Schrödinger User Symposium), we are now taking a week off to travel the Pacific Northwest.

Even though the weather hasn’t really been very cooperative, it is a ray of light in our busy schedules. Time to relax and look out on the ocean. Or to sit in the hotel lobby, writing blog posts while it pours outside. Every now and then, the rain subsides, and we even managed to take some nice shots of the surrounding scenery, for instance in Ecola State Park:

Coming to think of it, if we don’t manage to send real postcards, we could just send links to this post en lieu…
Surprisingly, the choice of post cards in shops has been abysmal, perhaps Vancouver (I’m writing this from the Yaletown brewpub) will provide better opportunities.

Beautiful – more then art could be. why not take me along next time ? do they have any artists over there (i could interview?) since you blog on me, i post on your blog, ok? to the old days of mobile-videostudios!

Hey, Barbara — Sure, feel free to comment here, there’s plenty of room in the comment section!
I felt it was the very least I could do to mention your podcast when I was writing about them a while ago.
Also, the pacific northwest has quite a lot going on in the alternative art scene, so you should definitely plan some interviews if you make it there.
And finally: Cheers to the days of Eddie’s Guerilla-Video-Actions!

Something to say?
