Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Soup with Ginger

This recipe comfortably serves 6 to 8 people. I just cooked a whole huge pot of it (thanks to a home-grown pumpkin I received as gift). It is tasty, with salty, sweet and hot notes blending nicely, and it is above all extremely orange!

A quick and very tasty recipe I tried out yesterday, so I’ll just quickly write it down before I forget it.
These tagliatelle have a very nice mediterranean touch to them, and while it’s not at all diet food, it’s definitely feel-good food
